Your website, in your name

Too many owners find out they do not control their own website on the day they try to leave a provider. The domain sits in someone else’s account, the hosting is billed to an agency, and nobody can find the password to the site. We work the other way round.

  • The domain is registered in your name, with your email as the contact.
  • The hosting account is yours, billed to you.
  • You get full administrator access to the website, from the first day.
  • Google Search Console and Google Analytics are set up under your account, with us added as users.
  • If you leave, you keep everything. There is nothing to hand back, because it was never ours.

A short conversation

You tell us what the site is for, what is not working and what you have now. We ask about the actions that matter to your business, such as calls, bookings or quote requests, before we talk about design.

A written quote

You receive a quote that says what we will do, what we will not do, what you need to provide and when. Prices depend on the site, so we quote each project rather than publish a menu.

Build and review

We build on a private copy of the site and you review it on your own phone and computer. You also try editing a page yourself before launch, so you know you can.

Launch and care

We launch, check redirects, forms and analytics, and keep watching in the weeks after. If you want us to look after the site from then on, website management picks up where the build ends.
